Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Litigation Attorney for a temporary, contract to hire position.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing real estate documents and agreements
• Meeting with clients and managing client communications
• Preparing pleadings and motions, handling discovery, and supporting matters from intake through resolution

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active New York bar admission in good standing
• 3+ years of real estate experience, with a preference for residential experience
• Comfortable with drafting heavy workloads and client-facing responsibilities
• Willingness to grow into court appearances and expanded responsibilities
