Job Summary

Seeking a New York Licensed Litigation Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage a diverse caseload, including drafting motions and appearing in court for contested matters, while collaborating with a team of high-level attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Draft motions, briefs, and memorandums of law
• Conduct legal research and manage contested cases
• Appear in court for high-level contested motions and evidentiary hearings

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contested motion practice
• Admission to practice law in New York; admission in NJ/PA/CT is a plus
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve legal issues
• Eager to manage a heavy workload and produce substantial legal work
