Job Summary

Experienced New York Licensed Litigation Paralegals will find a remote engagement opportunity, either part-time or full-time, focusing on preparing pleadings, discovery, and motion practice for a leading defense litigation firm.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, discovery documents, and motions in accordance with New York litigation procedures
• Manage case files and assist attorneys in trial preparation and court filings
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients to ensure smooth case management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of defense litigation experience in New York
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
• Superior written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting
