New York Licensed Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

To enhance the paralegal team, the full-time New York Licensed Litigation Paralegal will supervise and train staff, independently draft legal documents, and develop tailored discovery strategies while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop paralegal staff to ensure consistency and quality in their work
• Independently craft and respond to discovery requests and prepare precise jury charges to support case outcomes
• Draft comprehensive legal documents, including petitions, pleadings, and motions, while managing court deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of paralegal experience in New York Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law, with a focus on complex litigation
• Proven ability to independently draft legal documents and develop tailored legal strategies
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and critical thinking abilities
• Experience in training and supervising junior and foreign paralegals
