New York Licensed Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting a sophisticated litigation practice, the New York Licensed Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and case management, in a hybrid or fully remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Support attorneys with trial preparation and case management tasks
• Conduct legal research, cite-checking, and document review
• Assist with e-discovery, electronic filings, and preparation of court-ready documents

Required qualifications

• 2-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience
• Experience with e-discovery platforms and electronic court filings
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; NetDocuments experience is a plus
• Interest or experience in generative AI and legal technology
