Seeking a full-time New York Licensed Litigation Paralegal to support complex commercial litigation matters from early case development through resolution, while managing deadlines and collaborating closely with attorneys in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support complex commercial litigation from case development through discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Manage deadlines, calendars, filings, and discovery obligations, proactively following up on case needs
- Prepare materials for depositions, arbitrations, and trials, including exhibits and supporting documentation
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Strong hands-on e-discovery experience
- Experience supporting depositions, arbitration, and trial preparation
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive working style with a team-oriented mindset
