Key Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow, productivity, and file quality to ensure compliance with firm standards
• Assist with associate attorney training and serve as an escalation point for complex cases
• Manage advanced foreclosure matters, develop litigation strategies, and communicate with clients

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in New York State courts
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in foreclosure and real estate litigation
• Demonstrated experience supervising attorneys or teams
• Courtroom experience required
