Job Summary

Supporting daily operations for the Shipowners Broking team, the full-time Marine Hull Liability Broker will manage client communications, assist with policy issuance, and maintain compliance documentation while working onsite in New York.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day servicing of accounts, including issuing policies and endorsements
• Assist in formulating submissions for insurance carriers and coordinate responses to RFPs
• Support invoicing and maintain updated account lists while managing policy expiration timelines

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• 3-5 years of Marine Hull and Liability experience
• Property and Casualty license required within 90 days of employment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Demonstrated competency in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity
