Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling and therapy using evidence-based practices
• Maintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly, ensuring timely documentation and treatment planning
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to address treatment obstacles and respond to urgent needs

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field
• Relevant therapist license (LMSW) in New York
• Experience with pediatric and adolescent patients
• Preferred experience providing teletherapy to children and adolescents
• Knowledge of psychosocial aspects of illness and health
