New York Licensed Master Social Worker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Master Social Worker (NY) - Remote - Full Time or Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments and provide counseling and therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities
• Maintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly and complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to overcome treatment obstacles

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field required
• Relevant therapist license in the state(s) practicing (LMSW- NY)
• Experience with pediatric and adolescent patients is a must
• Experience providing teletherapy to children and adolescents preferred
• Knowledge of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
