New York Licensed Master Social Worker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Master Social Worker - Remote - Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence-based practices
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for patients using evidence-based treatment modalities
• Participate in collaborative care team meetings and maintain required documentation in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field required
• Relevant therapist license in the state(s) practicing (LMSW, LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT)
• MUST have experience providing psychotherapy
• Experience with pediatric and adolescent patients preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology
