New York Licensed Master Social Worker

Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time New York Licensed Master Social Worker will manage a caseload of clients, develop treatment plans, and utilize technology for effective communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide mental health support through telehealth services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
• Utilize technology for patient communication and documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and current New York State licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Ability to maintain a private workspace for patient safety and confidentiality
