New York Licensed Master Social Worker

Job Summary

To support a growing Behavioral Health Program, a New York Licensed Master Social Worker will provide comprehensive behavioral health services remotely, focusing on conditions such as depression, anxiety, and ADD, while managing a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly in either a full-time or part-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments and provide counseling using evidence-based treatment modalities
• Maintain timely documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
• Work collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to address treatment obstacles

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field
• Relevant therapist license in New York (LMSW)
• Experience with pediatric and adolescent patients
• Preferred experience providing teletherapy to children and adolescents
• Knowledge of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
