Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coder Level 4-PACC Medical Records (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records to identify diagnoses and procedures
• Apply coding guidelines to translate diagnoses and procedures into codes for reimbursement
• Maintain and enhance coding skills through continuing education and adhere to ethical coding standards

Required Qualifications

• High School education; Associate degree preferred
• Minimum 7+ years of inpatient coding experience in a tertiary care hospital
• CC3 required - IP or CCS-P, CCS, CPC-H, or CPC required for outpatient coding
