Job Summary

To shape the future of AI in healthcare, a New York Licensed Medical Doctor will evaluate and improve AI systems for career guidance in a fully remote, flexible freelance role, dedicating 10-40 hours per week to reviewing questions, writing expert answers, and creating evaluation rubrics.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions from medical professionals and provide expert-level guidance
• Write high-quality "golden answers" reflecting realistic career advice in the medical field
• Create evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career recommendations and identify inaccuracies

Required qualifications

• Active New York Medical Doctor or Physician license with professional experience
• Strong understanding of medical training pathways, including residency and fellowship
• Experience mentoring medical students, residents, or junior physicians
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and reliable in independent work
