Job Summary
Supporting high-volume inbound call activity, the temporary New York Licensed Medicare Sales Agent will qualify prospective members for Medicare Advantage plans and assist with enrollment in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales calls in a high-volume call center environment
- Qualify prospective members to assess their fit for Medicare Advantage plans
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system while multitasking across multiple screens
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of Medicare and/or commercial sales experience
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, direct selling, or telemarketing sales experience (preferred)
- New York Life Accident and Health license; reimbursement available for obtaining licensure
- Experience with computer-based documentation systems or CRM software
