Job Summary

Supporting high-volume inbound call activity, the temporary New York Licensed Medicare Sales Agent will qualify prospective members for Medicare Advantage plans and assist with enrollment in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound sales calls in a high-volume call center environment
  • Qualify prospective members to assess their fit for Medicare Advantage plans
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system while multitasking across multiple screens
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of Medicare and/or commercial sales experience
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service, direct selling, or telemarketing sales experience (preferred)
  • New York Life Accident and Health license; reimbursement available for obtaining licensure
  • Experience with computer-based documentation systems or CRM software
