Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, remote New York Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) who will provide outpatient services via telehealth, focusing on delivering compassionate mental health care and treatment planning for a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services through telehealth, ensuring patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients to achieve their mental health goals
• Utilize technology effectively for telehealth sessions and internal communications throughout the workday

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D)
• Must possess Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D) to apply
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred, with additional languages a plus
• Home workspace must ensure privacy for patient interactions and safety
