Job Summary

Seeking a full-time New York Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) to provide outpatient services through a remote telehealth program, focusing on delivering compassionate mental health care to a diverse patient population while maintaining a Monday to Friday schedule with flexible shift options.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth, ensuring high-quality care for patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve their mental health goals
• Utilize technology effectively for telehealth sessions and internal communications while maintaining HIPAA compliance

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree and active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D)
• Diagnostic privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D) are required for application
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
