Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations related to Mobile Crisis referrals, ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines
  • Coordinate communications and outreach with stakeholders and manage technical infrastructure for Mobile Crisis referrals
  • Provide supervision and training for staff, utilizing performance metrics for evaluations and program improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Valid NYS License (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
  • 3+ years of experience in assessment, crisis intervention, and administrative/supervisory roles
  • Advanced understanding of mobile crisis services in New York City
  • Call center experience is highly desirable
