Job Summary
Managing mobile crisis referrals, the full-time New York Licensed Mobile Crisis Manager will oversee operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and support a team dedicated to crisis intervention in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations related to the Single Point of Access for Mobile Crisis referrals, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards
- Coordinate communications and outreach with stakeholders, including the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and Mobile Crisis providers
- Provide clinical, administrative, and technical supervision to direct reports while utilizing performance-based management approaches
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in assessment, crisis intervention, and administrative/supervisory roles
- Advanced understanding of mobile crisis services delivery in New York City
- Call center experience is highly desirable
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
