Job Summary
Supporting a commercial mortgage loan portfolio, the remote contract Mortgage Loan Processor will service and administer loans, process payments and collections, and prepare various financial reports while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Service and administer a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans
- Process loan payments, collections, disbursements, and adjustments
- Prepare financial reports, including escrow analyses and amortization schedules
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial mortgage loan servicing experience
- Recent hands-on experience with SS&C Precision LM (PLM) within the last 3-5 years
- Experience in commercial real estate lending or mortgage investment environments
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
