Job Summary
To support commercial mortgage loan servicing and portfolio operations, the remote New York Licensed Mortgage Loan Processor will manage loan transactions, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the servicing and administration of a commercial mortgage loan portfolio, including processing transactions and payments
- Prepare and review financial documents such as amortization schedules, payment histories, and operational reports
- Work with various teams to resolve loan-related issues and support system enhancements and process optimization
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial mortgage loan servicing or commercial loan servicing
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with loan operations and financial reporting
- Solid understanding of commercial mortgage/loan operations and accounting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Experience with commercial mortgage lending or commercial real estate lending is preferred
