Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Mortgage Processor who must reside in NY, NJ, CT, or PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with loan officers and borrowers to collect and organize documentation
• Prepare complete loan files for underwriting review
• Ensure accuracy of all documentation prior to submission

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
• Experience as a mortgage processor, including FHA, VA, Non-QM, and conventional loans
• Proficiency with Encompass LOS
• Must reside in PA, NJ, CT, or NY
• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
