Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Sr. Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Communicate with clients, Loan Officers, and other stakeholders to gather and clear underwriting conditions
• Mentor and guide less experienced Mortgage Loan Processors

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience (required)
• 5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience on agency products (preferred)
• 1+ years of purchase processing experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of RESPA and general mortgage/consumer lending regulations
• Proficiency in MS Windows and Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
