Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Officer responsible for supporting Home Lending Loan Officers with residential mortgage lending operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble application data and submit complete packages for processing
• Act as a liaison between Loan Officers, clients, and operations partners to ensure a seamless process
• Maintain communication with clients regarding missing documentation and manage loan origination pipeline

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency (required)
• 1-3 years of banking experience with a focus on mortgage sales and operations (required)
• Working knowledge of relevant mortgage regulations and laws (required)
