Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full-Time Hybrid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about women's health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide affirming primary care and gynecological services for women
• Participate in technology development, interdisciplinary case studies, and protocol innovation
• Deliver care in a hybrid model, including in-person and virtual telehealth consultations

Required Qualifications

• Board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York with an unrestricted license
• Experience in providing primary care services including annual exams and chronic disease management
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed
• Authorized to work in the US
• Tech-savvy with a commitment to inclusive healthcare practices
