Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner- OB Iron Infusion (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Performs patient admissions, assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-ups
• Documents and communicates care plans while ensuring patient preparation and screening
• Confers with healthcare providers and ensures quality patient care throughout the treatment process

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program and National Board Certification in specialty area
• Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner and Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
• Collaborative practice agreement or relationship attestation as per the Nurse Practitioner Modernization Act 2015
• Current BLS certification
