New York Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To deliver medication for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting, a New York Licensed Nurse Practitioner will independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment in this full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient care by prescribing buprenorphine-based medications and initiating treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based addiction medicine care
• Empower patients through a harm reduction approach, focusing on their recovery goals and autonomy

Required qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York
• At least 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine
• Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
• Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
• Interest in full-time work, 30-40 hours per week with flexible shift options
