New York Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Seeking a New York Licensed Nurse Practitioner, the part-time 1099 Contractor will conduct patient consultations, evaluate records, diagnose, prescribe medication, and provide lifestyle recommendations in a remote telehealth setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations both synchronously and asynchronously based on state telemedicine regulations
• Provide care using a custom EMR, including evaluating patient records and making treatment recommendations
• Answer patient questions and provide high-quality counseling while adhering to best practices and company policies

Required qualifications

• Board Certification in Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Gerontology Primary Care
• A minimum of 11 state licenses in Independent Practice States, including 3 from high-volume states such as New York or Florida
• All required state endorsements on licenses, including Prescriptive Authority where necessary
• 5 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
• Experience in telemedicine
