New York Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual practice focused on women's midlife health, the full-time New York Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage a full patient panel, providing ongoing care for perimenopause, menopause, and related health issues while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full panel of patients, providing relationship-based care for perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep
• Prescribe and independently manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management
• Document patient interactions and ensure productivity benchmarks are met while maintaining a warm and efficient clinical environment

Required qualifications

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years of experience independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years of experience independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
