Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote On Call Registered Nurse (RN) in New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote triage and clinical assessment via phone or virtual platforms
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record
• Coordinate care and communicate with interdisciplinary teams and emergency services as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two (2) years of experience in an acute care setting required
• Two (2) years of experience in home care and MLTC/MAP required
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure in the state of New York required
• Case Management Certification preferred
