Job Summary

New York Licensed Operations Coordinator is a full-time remote position responsible for conducting outreach to gather consumer information, scheduling assessment appointments, and providing administrative support to management staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to obtain consumer information and notify parties of assessment appointments
  • Schedule assessment appointments and document outreach activities for tracking and reporting
  • Assist in coordinating last-minute scheduling changes and communicate updates to relevant parties
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Some college education preferred
  • Prior call center experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in community outreach or working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
