Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Developer (Techno-Functional - Payroll).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HCM integrations using OIC, REST APIs, and HDL
• Build and maintain HCM Extracts for outbound data interfaces
• Develop and enhance Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, and benefits logic

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and HDL
• Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with SQL/PL-SQL for data validation and reporting
• Familiarity with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools
