Job Summary

Seeking a part-time, remote Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to conduct independent medical reviews and utilization reviews, providing objective reports while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct independent, evidence-based medical reviews and utilization reviews
• Review patient records and related documentation in alignment with clinical guidelines
• Provide objective, high-quality reports within established turnaround timelines

Required qualifications:

• Active board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
• Specialty in Spine Surgery is preferred
• Current, unrestricted U.S. state medical license
• Engaged in clinical practice for 20 hours/week or more
• Experience in peer review or utilization review is preferred but not required
