Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time hourly New York Licensed Paralegal will manage third-party foreclosure sales, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and prepare necessary legal documents, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party sales, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of foreclosure sales, including pre-sale preparations and post-sale processes
• Prepare and file legal documents related to foreclosure sales, such as motions, official notices, and closing documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in foreclosure sales or real estate transactions
• Strong understanding of the foreclosure process and relevant legal requirements
• Excellent mathematical skills for calculating final figures and managing financial aspects
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
