Job Summary

Focusing on the New York Medicaid market, the full-time remote New York Licensed Partner Success Manager will manage partnerships, drive program optimization, and oversee implementation execution while leveraging clinical insights to enhance partner relationships and program design.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the relationship owner for active partnerships, ensuring partner satisfaction and engagement
• Own visibility into key metrics indicating program health and drive strategic interventions based on performance analytics
• Lead end-to-end implementation planning and execution for new partnerships, coordinating cross-functional teams for successful program launches

Required Qualifications

• Clinical degree or licensure (OT or related healthcare credential)
• 3+ years of project management, consulting, or partner/account management experience in healthcare
• Demonstrated experience managing complex implementations or program launches
• Understanding of healthcare payer operations, including Medicaid and managed care
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance and program data
