Job Summary

A company is looking for an In-House Patent Prosecutor / Senior Patent Attorney or Patent Agent (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute U.S. and international patent prosecution across multiple patent families
• Draft and review patent applications, amendments, responses, and reissue applications
• Manage and oversee outside prosecution counsel, ensuring quality and strategic alignment

Required Qualifications:

• Patent Attorney (USPTO-registered) or highly experienced Patent Agent
• Technical background in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Significant experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications
• Strong command of claim drafting and prosecution strategy
• Experience managing outside counsel and reviewing prosecution work at a senior level
