Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the part-time New York Licensed Pathways Physician will receive mentorship while enhancing their clinical skills in a value-based care model, contributing to population health initiatives remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in a customized program with exposure to primary and specialty care settings
• Collaborate with experienced physicians to ease the transition from training into practice
• Engage in initiatives that improve care quality and drive population health efforts

Required qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year
• Local residency in New York is preferred
