Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop strategies for new personal injury claims to maximize recovery
• Lead and mentor a team of paralegals and case managers, ensuring accountability and efficient case progression

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the New York Bar
• 5-10 years of experience in Personal Injury law
• Knowledge of New York regulations and procedures
• Ability to manage a robust caseload independently in a fast-paced environment
