New York Licensed Personal Lines Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Sales Advisor (Upstate NY - Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Understand various Carrier Appetites and work closely with Carrier Underwriters for risk placement
• Utilize agency management and rating systems to provide accurate quotes
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and carrier representatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire
• More than 3 years of sales and service experience
• Personal Lines Insurance experience preferred
• A bachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required with additional learning/certifications
• CPCU, CPRIA, CAPI, or other P&C designations preferred
