Job Summary
A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage client relationships and insurance inquiries remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned book of business, serving as the primary client relationship manager
- Handle inquiries related to insurance coverages, policy changes, and billing requests
- Act as a liaison between customers and carriers, ensuring effective communication and service
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales in the property and casualty insurance industry
- Self-directed with strong decision-making and time management skills
- Proficient in PC skills and knowledgeable in insurance software, including AMS360
- Ability to effectively communicate and listen to customer needs
