To support pet families across Buffalo, NY, the part-time New York Licensed Pet Hospice Veterinarian will provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services, focusing on compassionate care without the constraints of a non-compete agreement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services to pet families
- Manage a self-scheduled workload while ensuring compassionate communication with families
- Work independently in a mobile environment, including weekend availability on a rotational basis
Required qualifications
- DVM/VMD/BVMS degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs unassisted
- Experience in compassionate end-of-life care and effective communication
- Willingness to work weekends on a rotational basis
