Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient benefits investigations and utilize approved tools to identify insurance coverage
• Document outcomes of investigations and collaborate with team members to enhance patient care
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and protect confidential information

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• State license required; nationally certified from PTCB or equivalent preferred
• Commitment to obtaining required licensure if not currently held
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate Electronic Medical Records and Pharmacy Dispensing Systems
