Job Summary
A company is looking for an Early Career Personal Injury Protection / No-Fault / Special Investigations Unit Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of PIP/no-fault litigation from case inception through resolution
- Conduct Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and prepare comprehensive reports
- Review new file assignments, analyze evidence, and prepare legal documents
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of New York
- Experience in personal injury protection or no-fault litigation preferred
- Familiarity with legal research and case management software
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
