Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Career Personal Injury Protection / No-Fault / Special Investigations Unit Attorney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of PIP/no-fault litigation from case inception through resolution
  • Conduct Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Review new file assignments, analyze evidence, and prepare legal documents
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the state of New York
  • Experience in personal injury protection or no-fault litigation preferred
  • Familiarity with legal research and case management software
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
