Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Mental Health Provider - PMHNP.

Key Responsibilities

Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
Prescribe medications and diagnostic tests to aid in accurate diagnoses
Formulate suitable treatment plans for conditions such as ADHD, Insomnia, Depression, and Anxiety

Required Qualifications and Education

Must be a PMHNP
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience with prescribing controlled substances
Valid DEA and Medical License (multi-state preferred)
Mental health certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years mental health experience required
