Job Summary

Providing essential care to patients across all ages, the full-time New York Licensed PMHNP will work remotely in an outpatient Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive behavioral health services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and follow-up visits for patients, ensuring appropriate care across varying acuity levels
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to enhance access to quality behavioral health services
• Manage a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week, adhering to business hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST

Required qualifications

• Active PMHNP-BC license in New York
• Proven prescribing experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• Availability for 40 hours per week during EST business hours
• Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred, with familiarity in using EMR systems a plus
