Job Summary
Focusing on customer retention, the full-time New York Licensed Policy Review Specialist will place outbound calls to policyholders regarding renewals and book roll activities, analyze insurance coverage, and suggest enhancements to maximize retention and sales opportunities in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to customers before renewal dates to discuss re-quotes and policy options
- Review and analyze reports to monitor progress towards retention targets and quality of business factors
- Calculate and present quotes accurately while fostering positive relationships with carrier contacts
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree and 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Current NYS Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective phone communication abilities
- Proficient PC skills, with knowledge of insurance administration software preferred
- Self-directed with good decision-making and time management skills
