A company is looking for a Post-Closing Final Documents Specialist - CoOp & CEMA.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and ensure accuracy of cooperative loan closing packages and CEMA documents
• Coordinate with settlement agents and title companies for proper document recording and resolution of discrepancies
• Manage a dedicated pipeline of cooperative and CEMA loans, ensuring compliance with investor timelines and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in post closing or final documents, specifically with cooperative loans and New York CEMA transactions
• Advanced knowledge of New York recording requirements and cooperative housing documentation
• Strong understanding of cooperative and CEMA loan structures
• Proficiency in loan servicing and document tracking systems
