New York Licensed Primary Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Primary Therapist to provide remote therapy services in New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions on various mental health topics
• Complete clinical paperwork, including treatment plans and progress notes, for each patient
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Full independent clinical mental health license in New York State
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience managing individual and/or family caseloads
• Experience in treating mood, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma-related disorders
• Ability to adapt to various treatment assignments and familiarity with required technology
