New York Licensed Procurement Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time New York Licensed Procurement Attorney will manage vendor agreements, optimize procurement processes, and collaborate with various business units while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic procurement transformation by designing and improving vendor lifecycle processes
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on a variety of global vendor and procurement agreements
• Utilize data-driven metrics to identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5-7+ years of experience in procurement counseling and vendor management within high-growth tech environments
• Experience with global data privacy and AI regulatory frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA
• Deep expertise in process mapping and workflow automation, particularly with CLM and ERP platforms
• Strong command of standard commercial terms such as IP, indemnification, and data privacy provisions
